I got this in a 3xl and I'm normally a US 17-18/ and normally get XXL in women's tops for a bit of extra room, I'm also a 40 D or DD depending on the bra. I have a very short torso but really love the fit of the 3Xl size! ignore the size information lol I'm 5'7 and abt 250 lbs.
